Video recorded on Monday shows 27 year-old Dawit Kelete in an orange jumpsuit in a Seattle courtroom. A Seattle judge set a $1.2 million bail for Kelete, who is accused of driving a car onto a closed Seattle freeway and hitting two protesters, killing one and seriously injuring the other.
