Video recorded on Monday shows 27 year-old Dawit Kelete in an orange jumpsuit in a Seattle courtroom. A Seattle judge set a $1.2 million bail for Kelete, who is accused of driving a car onto a closed Seattle freeway and hitting two protesters, killing one and seriously injuring the other. On Wednesday, the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s office charged Kelete with vehicular homicide, vehicular assault and reckless driving.
