Community groups slamming re-vamped Montreal Police policy on street checks

Montreal’s police chief has presented the department’s new policy on random street checks much to the disappointment of racialized community groups. As Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, some groups feel the “new” policy is very similar to the old one.
