Ontario Associate Minister of Small Business and Red Tape Reduction Prabmeet Sarkaria on Wednesday elaborated on the province’s newly introduced omnibus bill, dubbed the COVID-19 Recovery Act, which proposes to change 20 pieces of current legislation that govern the province’s schools, municipalities and justice system.
