U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos on Wednesday said that it’s not a matter of “if” schools in the country will fully reopen amid the coroavirus pandemic, but “how.” DeVos, who rejects the idea of part-time in-person learning and would like to see schools open up full time, also reiterated previous remarks by Health Secretary Alex Azar.
