Quebec’s new heath Minister along with the Director of Quebec Public health say that if people as well as bar and restaurant owners don’t start observing physical distancing rules, there will be consequences. The ultimatum comes just 1 day after a Brossard restaurant asks patrons to get tested for covid19. Global’s Gloria Henriquez has more.
