Bob Rae references George Orwell when it comes to his perspective on China

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has tapped Bob Rae as Canada’s new ambassador to the United Nations. Speaking to reporters on Monday, Rae referenced author George Orwell’s iconic novel “1984” when he described the “strange” actions China had taken recently.
