Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton and a majority of the drivers took a knee on Sunday before the starting grid of the Austrian Grand Prix season opener as the latest group in the sports world to do so as a protest of racial injustice. Hamilton also wore a black T-shirt with “Black Lives Matter” on the front and “End Racism” on the back.
