U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson said Friday that declining COVID-19 case numbers have allowed the country to begin the easing of restrictions amid the novel coronavirus pandemic, and that his government will release a timetable shortly outlining the further easing of restrictions, including the reopening of nail bars, indoor gyms and swimming pools.
