Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry answers a reporter’s question about concerns over the so-called “Alaska loophole,” which allegedly allows Americans to make stops in places around B.C., violating quarantine orders set out by the CBSA. Henry also recognizes the vested interest many British Columbians have to keep COVID-19 numbers low.
