Hoyer says White House briefing on alleged bounties on U.S. troops no substitute for a briefing from actual intelligence agencies

U.S. House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer told reporters on Tuesday, following a briefing by Trump administration officials, that said briefing should have been given by representatives of the U.S. intelligence community, not members of the Trump administration at the White House.
