West Island Regional Health Authority spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on outside communication consultations during the covid19 crisis

Global News has learned that the CIUSSS West Island, the health authority that oversees some of the longterm care homes hardest hit by the covid19 crisis, hired a communications firm to help during the pandemic. Global’s Felicia Parrillo has this exclusive report.
