Dr. Anthony Fauci, head of the National Institutes of Health, said on Friday that everyone has an “individual responsibility” and “societal responsibility” to limit the spread of COVID-19, and that U.S. states that are recovering from the pandemic, including New York, could still be vulnerable to future cases of the virus. Fauci added that U.S. residents can be “either part of the solution or part of the problem.”
