Canada’s long-term care home deaths double the average of other developed nations: report

Covid-19 has really shined the spotlight on long term care homes and now a new study is further reinforcing the extent of the problem. A report by the Canadian Institute For Health Information finds the percentage of Covid-19 deaths taking place in long-term care facilities here in Canada is about “double” the average of other developed nations.
