Quebec’s public health director Dr. Horacio Arruda on Thursday reiterated the importance of hand hygiene and “respiratory etiquette” as the province reopens amid the coronavirus pandemic. He said that he is worried as restrictions continue to loosen and that he’s “convinced that unfortunately there will be a second wave” of the virus.
