Canadian Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Disability Inclusion Carla Qualtrough announced on Thursday that the federal government would be “further bolstering investment” in the Youth Employment and Skills Strategy by $34 million, which will help create new job placements and internships for Canadian youth.
