Premier John Horgan says at his weekly COVID-19 briefing that Canadians from outside British Columbia are allowed to visit the province but they need to be ‘mindful’ of the work done by residents to stop the spread of the virus. Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry also says travellers must have ‘travel manners.’
