Trudeau refuses to do prisoner swap for two Michaels

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he is confident China’s imprisonment of Canadians Michael Spavor and Michael Korvig is an “obvious” attempt to put “political pressure” on Ottawa over the arrest of Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou. As David Akin reports, Trudeau says he has no intention of agreeing to a prisoner exchange.
