Hours after Ontario Premier Doug Ford announced that the City of Toronto and Peel Region would be joining Stage 2 of Phase 2 of the province’s reopening, Toronto Mayor John Tory on Monday discussed what types of businesses and services would be able to reopen on June 24, which includes restaurants and bars with patios, malls, splash pads and more.
