Coronavirus: Spain reopens its borders to European tourists as state of emergency ends

Spain opened its borders to European tourists on Sunday and ended a state of emergency imposed amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Spain’s borders are now open to all European Union countries except Portugal, as well as Schengen Area members outside the bloc and Britain.
