U.S. President Donald Trump told reporters on Saturday that the decision of firing Geoffrey Berman, Manhattan’s top federal prosecutor, was up to Attorney General William Barr and that it’s “his department, not my department.” Trump added he is not involved in that decision and Barr is a very capable attorney general.
