White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany said on Friday she spoke with President Donald Trump on his decision to hire former national security advisor John Bolton and he said that he likes to counterbalance his own opinion with individuals who have the “very opposite opinions than his own”. She added that Trump likes the model of having a team of rivals like the President Lincoln administration.
