Toronto Mayor John Tory says he wants anti-Black racism training fast-tracked for bylaw officers

Following an altercation at Toronto’s Centennial Park where two women say they were racially profiled by a City bylaw officer, questions are being raised about the training of staff. While all bylaw officers get de-escalation training, not all of them have completed anti-Black racism training. Matthew Bingley reports.
