Fulton County district attorney Paul Howard detailed the evidence used to assist in the determining of charges against former Atlanta police officer Garrett Rolfe and officer Devin Brosnan in the shooting death of Rayshard Brooks last week in a Wendy’s parking lot. He said that based on evidence, they determined Brooks was running away from police when he was shot.
