Alexandra Forrestall has been charged after failing to remain at the scene and giving a false report in a hit-and-run in Unionville that took the life of a 50-year-old cyclist Monday morning. York Regional Police say the 25-year-old’s damaged vehicle was located at an auto repair shop in Markham. Catherine McDonald has more on the investigation.
