After scenes of crowds gathering outside bars in New York state surfaced over the weekend showing people not following social distancing guidelines prompted New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to urge local governments to keep on top of enforcing the rules. He said they had received 25,000 complaints of social distancing violations and other requirements, many in Manhattan and the Hamptons.
