Boat, bikes stolen in Coldstream theft captured on video

Some Coldstream residents got an unwelcome surprise Sunday morning when they realized a thief had made off with a boat and thousands of dollars worth of other property. They say video surveillance captured the culprit coming back twice to load up a flatbed truck in a brazen theft.
