Minnesota governor, legislators present proposed police reforms

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and other state legislators spoke Thursday about a package of proposals on police reform being brought to the legislature Friday. The package includes changes to defining what constitutes use of force, finding alternatives to policing to ensuring public safety, reforming police oversight, and prohibiting choke holds.
