One of the brothers of George Floyd, whose death in Minneapolis sparked protests around the world, broke down in front of a Democratic-led congressional panel on Wednesday, calling for the conviction of the officers involved in his brother’s death, as lawmakers continued to discuss the issues police brutality. “Anybody with a heart, they know that’s wrong.
