Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said during his commencement address at Carleton University in Ottawa on Wednesday that this generation reminds him of the Class of 1939, who came out of the Great Depression to fight a world war they didn’t start. Trudeau added the challenges faced by Class of 2020 are not dissimilar but he “cannot think of a generation better prepared to put us on the right path forward.”
