Prime Minister Justin Trudeau addressed 2020 graduates from Ottawa on Wednesday, saying “you wouldn’t have chosen the world of 2020” to graduate, recalling the Australian bushfires linked to climate change, the Iranian deadly flight crash, the Nova Scotia shooting, and other tragic or serious events. The Prime Minister added that “your generation has always acutely sensed what was wrong with the world, and what needed to be fixed.”
