Five thousand people have lost their lives since Covid19 struck Quebec. The majority of those deaths happened in long-term care homes. On Tuesday, Premier Francois Legault addressed the families of those who lost loved ones. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, the Premier’s words do nothing to assuage one daughter’s grief.
