Nova Scotia chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang on Tuesday announced one additional COVID-19-related death in the province, a woman who died “a number of weeks ago” but the death was under investigation to confirm that the novel coronavirus was the cause of death. He said the woman was in her 70s and had underlying medical conditions, and her death brings the toll in Nova Scotia to 62.
