Conservative finance critic Pierre Poilievre said on Tuesday he will be tabling a motion to demand the federal government provide more funds for the Auditor General’s office, with all the funds she says her office needs to audit all the government’s spending “and tell us where all the money has gone” during the COVID-19 pandemic. Poilievre said he hopes all opposition parties support this motion to hold the Liberal government accountable for their “unprecedented level of spending.“
