Video evidence released by the Bakersfield Police Department in California on Sunday appears to show the moment a man was hit by a vehicle while he was taking part in a protest on Wednesday. According to police, he later died from his injuries. Police say based on video and physical evidence, the driver of the vehicle had his headlights on and was not travelling above the speed limit.
