During a Saturday press briefing, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo told reporters that he doesn’t understand how anyone could see the video of George Floyd’s death and “not be outraged.” Cuomo added that the district attorney should look into the case of a 75-year-old protester who suffered serious injuries after Buffalo police shoved him to the ground on June 4.
