Manuel Ellis death: Tacoma mayor calls for officers to be fired

An investigation is underway into the death of a Washington man who witnesses say was beaten by police after being handcuffed. On Friday, June 5, Tacoma Mayor Victoria Woodards called for all four officers involved in the death of Manuel Ellis, a 33-year-old black man, to be fired.
