“The COVID crisis is still with us,” interim city manager Adam Laughlin said while addressing the local state of emergency coming to an end. He updated the actions the city has taken as part of Stage 1 of the economic reopening, such as more community gardens and shared paths, allowing e-scooters to return, and transit fare reintroduction.
