B.C. premier addresses history of racism in province

Premier John Horgan acknowledges the province’s past challenges with racism and outlines steps taken to address the problem in British Columbia like putting funds into anti-racism programming and equipping law enforcement with better tools. Also, Horgan asks protesters to peacefully demonstrate and abide by physical distancing measures as laid out by Dr. Bonnie Henry.
