Coronavirus outbreak: Quebec to hire 10,000 orderlies ‘crucial’ to preventing second wave

Quebec Premier François Legault said Tuesday the province will launch a campaign to train and hire 10,000 people to work as orderlies in long-term care homes, which he said was “crucial” to prepare the province for a second wave of the novel coronavirus.
