City of Kelowna’s new ‘5G pilot project’ meets with misconceptions and mixed reviews

The City of Kelowna has installed two new light distance and ranging or LiDAR sensors on Bernard avenue.
The two sensors are part of six month long 5G Smart Pilot Project to map traffic at the intersections.
But news of the City’s endeavour, didn’t exactly sit well with everyone.
