Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz announced on Monday that he has signed an executive order, in consultation with the mayors of Minneapolis and St. Paul, to extend the curfew for two days. The curfew for Minneapolis and St. Paul will go from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. in wake of escalating protests following the death of George Floyd. Floyd, a Black man, died in Minneapolis, Minn. after a white police officer pressed his knee on his neck for several minutes until he became unresponsive.
