The White House is under lockdown for a second day in a row, after protests over the death of George Floyd spread from Minneapolis to Washington. It’s been five days since a white police officer was filmed kneeling on the unarmed black man’s neck as Floyd cried out he couldn’t breathe. Jackson Proskow reports.
