Toronto Mayor John Tory on Saturday asked Toronto residents to “have faith” in an independent process to investigate the death of a 29-year-old Toronto woman, Regis Korchinski-Paquet. Tory added that if people wish to have a march in her memory, it’s fine as long as people “remain calm.”
