B.C. cruise ship season sunk with extension of federal COVID-19 order

The federal government has extended the order keeping cruise ships out of Canadian waters until at least October. That decision means the cancellation of some 300 sailings, and the loss of $1-billion in economic activity for B.C. Richard Zussman reports.
