Toronto Police chief calls for calm after woman dies following fall from balcony

Toronto Police Chief Mark Saunders said on Friday that he wants the community to remain calm after the death of a Black woman who fell from her balcony, sparking allegations she was pushed. Saunders said he was asking people to wait to “get the truth” and to not “act on lies.”
