Premier John Horgan announces at his weekly COVID-19 briefing that the province will extend its state of emergency for an additional two weeks, making this “the longest period in B.C. history where emergency orders have been in place.” Horgan also announces the return to Victoria for MLA’s in the B.C. legislature and a new urgent primary care centre opening in Surrey.
