On Wednesday, Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister announced that the province would be moving into the second phase of reopening the economy amid the COVID-19 outbreak on June 1. He said some of the services that would be “gradually restored” include reopening community centres, swimming pools, spas, gyms, and indoor services at restaurants.
