Be prepared for all kinds of new protocols at B.C hotels this summer

It is an enormous task–re-opening hotels and resorts in the Okanagan and elsewhere in B.C. The hotel industry is among the sectors hardest hit by the pandemic. As operators look to re-open, they must tackle new safety protocols to give travelers the confidence to check in during the pandemic.
