Upset Residents: Kelowna’s Hall Road residents want tap turned back on at popular fishing pond

It’s a case of human intervention in the wild that has been suddenly been abandoned. For more than a decade, a pond in Kelowna’s Mission Creek park has annually been filled with trout and fresh water. But the taps that kept the pond filled have been turned off, leaving wildlife in the lurch and the water is receding faster than officials are moving to fix the problem.
