Coronavirus outbreak: U.K. health secretary reports no new deaths in Northern Ireland

U.K. Health Secretary Matt Hancock said on Tuesday that he was “encouraged” to say that Northern Ireland had reported no new deaths from the coronavirus for the first time since March 18. It comes a day after Ireland also reported zero new COVID-19 deaths.
